Ship Your Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to place a new order for the correct size or color and separately return the original item for a full refund.
