What is the difference between the Small, Medium, and Large parallettes?
The primary differences are the height and length of the handles. The Small version is designed for portability with a 16cm handle and 9cm height. The Medium model offers a 30cm handle and 13cm height for deeper range of motion. The Large model provides a 46cm handle for maximum stability and wide-grip movements. All sizes feature the same professional 5cm diameter grip.
Are the parallettes delivered assembled?
Yes. To ensure you can start training immediately and to guarantee structural integrity, all RHSM parallettes are delivered fully assembled. You do not need any tools or hardware to set them up.
Will these parallettes slide on smooth floors?
No. Every base is equipped with 4x high-friction anti-slip rubber bottoms. These are designed to provide a locked-in, stable feel on various surfaces, including gym floors, wood, and concrete.
Why is the handle diameter 5cm?
The 5cm thick grip is an athlete-tested standard designed to distribute pressure more evenly across your palms. This reduces wrist strain compared to thinner bars and provides better torque for static holds like planches and L-sits.
How do I maintain the wooden handles?
Since the handles are made from natural beech wood, you should wipe them with a dry or slightly damp cloth after training to remove sweat.
Can I use chalk or grip tape with these?
Absolutely. Our parallettes are designed to be used with RHSM Magnesium Carbonate Chalk to keep hands dry. If you prefer a cushioned or high-friction fabric feel, you can also wrap the handles with our Anti-Slip Grip Tape.

All of our parallettes are handcrafted in Germany using sustainable beech and fir wood. They are designed by athletes for athletes and rigorously tested for professional street workout use.
